  • For orders within the United States, we ship via USPS, with an average transit time of 8 to 14 business days.
  • International orders are shipped from various fulfillment centers and typically take 8 to 15 business days for delivery.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances like pandemics, natural disasters, or holidays may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Tracking Information: Rest assured, tracking information will be provided for every order once it's shipped. You can easily track your package on our website.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a $9.99 service charge. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Simply email us at urbancartpro@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER" to initiate the process.

Incorrect Address: If you've entered an incorrect address, notify us immediately. We can rectify this within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.

Damaged Items: In the rare event of a damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We'll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
